These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Solle Roasters website, online store, products, content, and related services.

Throughout these Terms, “Solle Roasters,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Solle Roasters. “You” and “your” refer to the individual or entity using our website or purchasing our products.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order through our website. If you place an order on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Website Use

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the website in violation of applicable laws

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology

• Interfere with the website’s security or operation

• Scrape or automatically collect website information without permission

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, prices, roast information, weights, and availability accurately.

Coffee is an agricultural product. Natural variations may occur between crops, origins, and roast batches. Product colors may also appear differently depending on the device or screen used.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping fees, duties, and other charges may be added before the order is completed.

We may change prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except when correction is permitted by law due to an obvious pricing or technical error.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing and payment information.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be governed by the provider’s terms and privacy policy.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability

• Suspected fraud

• Pricing or listing errors

• Payment authorization problems

• Shipping restrictions

• Unusually large purchase quantities

• Suspected resale without an approved wholesale arrangement

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout when available.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and import requirements.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because coffee is a consumable product, we do not accept general returns or exchanges based on personal preferences or ordering mistakes.

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Additional information is available in our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used only for eligible purchases from Solle Roasters. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Gift cards must not be reproduced, resold without authorization, or used for unlawful purposes. Solle Roasters is not responsible for unauthorized gift-card use resulting from the customer’s loss or disclosure of the gift-card code.

Any expiration or fee terms will comply with applicable law.

9. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders may be subject to additional terms, including minimum order quantities, approved resale channels, payment requirements, shipping arrangements, product display standards, and resale restrictions.

If a separate wholesale agreement, quote, or invoice conflicts with these Terms, the separately agreed written wholesale terms will control for that order.

Approval as a wholesale customer does not grant permission to use Solle Roasters trademarks, photographs, or branded materials beyond the limited purpose expressly authorized by us.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, and purchase requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Discount codes cannot be combined

• Discounts have no cash value

• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively

• Promotions may be modified or ended at any time

• Wholesale purchases may be excluded

11. Intellectual Property

The website and its contents, including the Solle Roasters name, logos, product names, photographs, designs, graphics, text, packaging, videos, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Solle Roasters and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

12. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant Solle Roasters a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use the submitted content in connection with our website, products, and marketing, subject to applicable law.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, shipping providers, social media services, or other websites.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, or privacy practices of third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

Nothing on our website is intended as medical, nutritional, or professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solle Roasters will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or products.

Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

16. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Solle Roasters harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding that is not subject to another legally required venue will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in San Diego County, California.

Consumers may also have rights under the mandatory laws of the location where they live.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes to the extent permitted by law.

19. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
